Atlanta Falcons Training Facility Improvements
The Atlanta Falcons Training Facility Improvements is a major renovation and expansion of the NFL team's IBM Performance Facility in Flowery Branch, Georgia, completed in 2024. Designed by ROSSETTI Architects and built by Whiting-Turner, the project added approximately 17,000 square feet of new space to the existing building, encompassing a new two-story strength and conditioning center, an expanded player locker room with 90 permanent lockers, and a renovated dining hall — all aimed at improving player performance and holistic wellness. The estimated $25–30 million investment transformed the facility into one of the most modern training environments in the NFL.
UGA Track and Field Complex Relocation
The UGA Track and Field Complex Relocation is a $59.8 million, 34,700-square-foot collegiate athletics facility situated on 37 acres along South Milledge Avenue in Athens, Georgia, dedicated in February 2026. Designed by Perkins+Will and built by Manhattan Construction Company as a design-build team, the complex features the nine-lane, 400-meter Spec Towns Track, infield jump and pole vault facilities, a premier throwing area with an amphitheater-style shot put arena, a grandstand seating 2,500 (expandable to 4,000), and a five-lane indoor warm-up track beneath the stands. The facility replaces the former South Lumpkin Street venue and is positioned to host major events including the GHSA State Track Meet and the 2027 SEC Outdoor Championships.
Spelman College Center for Innovation and the Arts
The Mary Schmidt Campbell Center for Innovation & the Arts is a $96 million, 82,500-square-foot academic building at Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia — the historically Black college's first new academic facility in nearly 25 years. Designed by Studio Gang (design architect) with Goode Van Slyke Architecture (associate architect) and built by Turner Construction Company, the five-story center unites Spelman's arts and STEM programs under one roof, featuring a black box theater, dance studios, the Arthur M. Blank Innovation Lab, a museum gallery, and a signature outdoor 'porch' that opens the campus to the surrounding Westside Atlanta community. The building is targeting LEED Silver certification and opened in April 2025.
Quickstart Hyundai Mobility Training Center
The QuickStart Hyundai Mobility Training Center of Georgia is an 89,000-square-foot workforce development facility located adjacent to Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) in Ellabell, Bryan County, Georgia. Designed by SSOE Group and built by Choate Construction, the $62.5 million facility opened in November 2025 and is operated by Georgia Quick Start — the state's nationally ranked workforce training program — to prepare employees for roles at HMGMA and its affiliate suppliers. Georgia's first training center dedicated exclusively to the EV market, the facility can accommodate up to 824 trainees at a time and features manufacturing-scale simulations incorporating robotics, mechatronics, welding, and other advanced EV production technologies.

UGA West Campus Parking Deck II
West Campus Parking Deck II is an approximately 340,000-square-foot, eight-level parking structure at the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, delivering nearly 1,100 new spaces to the university's west campus. The deck is situated adjacent to the existing West Campus Deck and Brumby Hall, primarily serving students in the surrounding residence halls. Completed in 2025, the $36 million facility was approved by the University System of Georgia Board of Regents and is part of a broader west campus expansion that also includes a new dining, learning, and well-being center.

Savannah Hilton Head Terminal Concourse Expansion
The Terminal Concourse Expansion at Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is the airport's largest growth project since 2008, adding four new departure gates in an easterly extension of the existing concourse. The approximately 25,000-square-foot, $26.8 million addition — part of a broader $400 million airport improvement plan — increases gate capacity by 21% and includes new passenger holding rooms, restrooms, and dining spaces to serve the airport's more than 4 million annual travelers. Construction began in August 2024, with completion targeted for May 2026.
