MEP Services That Keep
Your Project On Track

We handle the coordination so your field crews can focus on installation. Every drawing is built to match real-world conditions — not just what's on the contract documents.

Sheet Metal / HVAC Ductwork

HVAC ductwork fabrication drawings coordinated per SMACNA standards with optimal routing and minimal joints. Full Revit MEP modeling for rectangular, round, and oval duct systems — drawn the way your sheet metal crews want to build it.

Mechanical Piping

Complete pipe routing, BIM clash detection, and fabrication shop drawings that match field conditions. Accurate hydronic, chilled water, and steam piping layouts with real clearances and access for maintenance.

Plumbing

Plumbing coordination drawings verified for installability — modeled with proper slope, pipe sizing, and insulation. We catch conflicts in the model so your crews don't find them in the ceiling.

Slab Openings & Sleeves

Penetration locations, sleeve sizes, and slab opening layouts delivered ahead of schedule. Coordinated across all MEP trades so your concrete pour goes right the first time.

Equipment Pad Layout

Mechanical equipment pad layouts drawn per submittals and engineer specifications. Precise dimensions for AHUs, chillers, pumps, and rooftop units — poured right the first time.

Total Station Points

Robotic total station layout points for precise hanger, sleeve, and opening locations. Exported directly from the BIM model — your field crews spend less time measuring and more time installing.

Projects Built on
Reliable Coordination

Healthcare, hospitality, judicial, mixed-use — we've coordinated MEP for projects across the Southeast that demand precision.
