Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority New Office Plumbing
The Cherokee County Water and Sewerage Authority (CCWSA) new administrative headquarters is a multi-level, 50,000-square-foot civic office building located at 1307 Airport Drive in Ball Ground, Georgia, near the Cherokee County Regional Airport. The $27 million project, designed by CROFT Architects and built by Manhattan Construction Company, consolidates CCWSA operations previously spread across three separate Canton locations into a single modern campus. Groundbreaking took place in December 2025, with completion expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Bryan Mall High Rises Renovations Manning Hall
Manning Hall is a $46.2 million renovation of an 11-story, 110,000-square-foot student residence hall at Clemson University in South Carolina, completed in August 2025. The project — the second of three phases in the broader Bryan Mall High Rise Renovation — modernized MEP systems, improved accessibility, added per-floor social and study spaces, and replaced communal bathrooms with private pod-style bath units across 432 beds. The work was designed by BOUDREAUX and Little Diversified Architectural Consulting and constructed by Atlanta-based Juneau Construction Company.
UGA Football Practice Field Improvements
The University of Georgia Athletic Association's Football Practice Complex Expansion is a $56 million project in Athens, Georgia, set to transform the Bulldogs' outdoor training footprint. The project converts the former Spec Towns Track site on South Lumpkin Street into two new full-size grass practice fields — bringing the total to 3.75 fields — along with 168 new parking spaces, full field lighting, remote telescopic video capabilities with a dedicated control room, and a pavilion for donors and recruits to observe practice.
Rockdale County Judicial and Administrative Complex
The Rockdale County Judicial and Administrative Complex (RCJAC) is a $118 million, 220,000-square-foot civic campus in downtown Conyers, Georgia — the largest capital investment in the county's history. Designed by Jericho Design Group (with Nelson as Architect of Record for the administration building) and built by the McCarthy + Barnsley joint venture, the campus includes a new 85,000-square-foot courthouse, a 75,000-square-foot administration building consolidating county services, renovation of 60,000 square feet of existing court facilities, a new 400-space parking deck, and public green space. The project delivers modern courtrooms, judges' chambers, secure holding areas, and technology-enabled infrastructure to serve Rockdale County's growing population, with a projected opening in 2026.

Clemson Douthit Hills East Expansion
The Douthit Hills East Expansion is a new residential building being added to Clemson University's award-winning Douthit Hills student housing community in Clemson, South Carolina. Approved by the Board of Trustees and totaling approximately 84,000 square feet, the building adds around 372 beds for first-year students along with a classroom, collaborative space, and a faculty apartment — completing the original master plan vision for the community. Construction began in early 2026 with completion targeted for summer 2027, with design intended to match the amenities and finishes of the existing Douthit Hills residence halls.
Clemson Advanced Meterials Innovation Complex
The Advanced Materials Innovation Complex (AMIC) is a $130 million, 143,000-square-foot, four-story research and education facility on Clemson University's main campus in Clemson, South Carolina, designed by HOK (Atlanta, GA) and built by DPR Construction. The building serves as the new headquarters for Clemson's Department of Materials Science and Engineering, co-locating faculty and students from Chemistry and Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering under one roof with cutting-edge research labs, undergraduate teaching labs, and collaborative spaces. Opened in early 2026, the facility is designed to achieve 2 Green Globes certification and features electrochromic glass curtainwall with brick detailing to complement the existing campus aesthetic.
Walton County Public Safety Complex
The Joe Chapman–Franklin Thornton Public Safety Complex is a $152 million public safety facility for Walton County, Georgia, located at 350 Georgia Avenue in Monroe adjacent to the county courthouse. The complex houses the Walton County Sheriff's Office administration, a new county detention center, and the coroner's office, and includes a private pedestrian corridor connecting the jail directly to the courthouse for secure inmate transport. Groundbreaking took place in June 2023, with the facility opening in phases through 2025.
