When providing plumbing drawings we are sure to check that what the engineer has proposed is actually installable. Our models have the piping sloped and sized(with insulation) correctly per required specifications.
We go through the project and find all penetrations through the slab to provide acturate locations and sizes of piping and ductwork sleeves. These locations are then put on sheets for you field to get ahead of the project, by preinstalling sleeves and not have to worry about missing a chase or wall.

We are capable of providing layout points to your total station for fast and accurate hanger, sleeve, and opening locations. With the use of a total station we can take your layout from a couple hundred measurements to almost a thousand per day.
